Findable
Someone searches your business name.
Google finds you: your profile, your reviews, your website. Look yourself up and everything seems fine — which is exactly why this problem goes unnoticed for years.
✓ Google knows you exist.
AI + local visibility for contractors
When a homeowner asks Google or an AI assistant who to call for your service in your town, a few names come back. This isn’t about being crowned the best — it’s about being on that list at all. We help HVAC, roofing, plumbing, foundation, and exterior contractors find out why their name is missing, and fix it.

The gap

Suggested
Someone asks who to call for the work you do, in the town you do it.
They don’t type your name — they don’t know it yet. A few names come back, and that’s who gets the call. Being findable does nothing to put you among them.
✕ Nothing says you’re who to call here.
That’s the gap we diagnose. It isn’t a verdict on your work, and it isn’t a contest for “best.” Plenty of contractors with a strong local reputation simply never come up — and the reasons are specific, findable, and fixable.
The causes
Google and AI assistants build a picture of your business from signals scattered across the web, then answer from that picture. A company can be excellent on the ground and still be badly undersold in it. Here’s where it usually breaks.
01
It can look perfectly good to a person and still never state, in the terms machines read, exactly which services you provide and which towns you cover. Systems don’t guess, and they don’t give benefit of the doubt.
02
Google has you filed as one kind of business, a directory lists you as another, your own site calls you a third thing. Each mismatch makes you a weaker answer to “who does this specific job here?”
03
Years of great work and glowing reviews on one platform don’t automatically count on the profile the recommendation is actually built from. The reputation is real; it just isn’t attached where it matters.
04
No real local proof — actual jobs in actual places — means nothing connects your name to the area you work in every day. So when the question names a town, something else gets named instead.
None of these are about the quality of your work — which is exactly the frustrating part. A business with twenty solid years behind it can be invisible for the search that matters most, while the fix is a set of concrete, unglamorous corrections.

For businesses we reach out to, a working version of the new site often exists before the first conversation. Found us on your own? The order doesn’t change: we research first, build first, and ask for nothing until you’ve seen the real thing. Like it, and it becomes yours on Website Growth ($499/month) — we run and improve it from then on. Don’t, and you owe us nothing; the free finding is yours either way.
Who’s behind this
Trycentron is a small, independent studio — and that’s on purpose. Your audit isn’t generated by software and passed down a chain: the people who research your business are the people who write your report and answer your emails. No account managers, no handoffs, no ticket queue. Small crew, senior work — you run your business the same way, so you know what that’s worth.
Questions
It’s rarely a verdict on your work, and it usually isn’t a broken website either. When someone asks who to call for a specific service in a specific town, the systems answer from the picture the web paints of your business — what you do, where you do it, and whether independent sources agree. If your site never states that plainly, or different places on the web describe you differently, you’re simply not a confident answer to that question. Many excellent contractors are findable but never suggested: they appear if you search their name, and never come up when the customer doesn’t know it yet.
Because a reputation earned offline, or on one platform, doesn’t automatically reach the place the recommendation is built from. If the profile search engines and AI assistants actually read is thin or filed under the wrong kind of business, everything you’ve earned is invisible exactly where the decision happens. That’s the common shape of this problem: strong on the ground, badly undersold online. Much of our work is attaching the reputation you already have to the places that get read.
It overlaps, but the goal is different. Classic SEO tries to rank a webpage for a keyword. We work on your business’s whole identity — your Google Business Profile, categories, listings, reviews, structured data, and site content — so that many independent sources agree on what you do and where you do it. That agreement is what gets you considered at all when someone asks who to call in your area. It’s a question of being visible, not of winning a contest for best.
On the Visibility Blueprint, you get the exact steps for every fix — written so you or anyone on your team can do them without us. On the monthly plans, we do the work: your website is ours to build and improve, and on Full Visibility Management we also handle your Google profile, listings, and directories ourselves with access you delegate to us. The only things left to you are the few actions that genuinely require the owner — and for those you get exact steps from us. You keep control of your own accounts throughout.
No — and nobody honest can. Rankings and AI answers are decided by systems we don’t control. What we do control: every finding in your report is backed by evidence you can verify, every fix follows the platforms’ own published guidelines, and we measure and report what changes.
Enter your business — we’ll research how Google, Maps, and AI assistants present it, and email you one real finding.
